Greetings Lovers of Pong:
Pied Piper's former Club has Pong Tables for sale (all used) of the following manufactures (in order of oldest to newest):
- Stiga
- Kettler
- Hi-Qua
All the tables are available for inspection by potential buyers. To arrange a viewing, simply respond to this email.
STIGA TABLES
There are two Stiga tables for sale, an Elite Roller for $250.00 and an Expert Roller for $300.00. These tables are old – though that is not necessarily a bad thing. Stiga made higher quality tables in the past than they do now. Also, these tables are in very good condition for their age. The expert roller was used in a US Open and was one of the most highly-respected tables in the World. Stiga table prices DO NOT include the net.
KETTLER TABLES
Two Kettler Tables are available for sale. These are German-made high quality tables with a 7/8-inch top and a very solid metal frame with large wheels in abundance. The tables depict the name “Master”; however they are not the Kettler Master that was marketed in the USA (that was a cheaper table with only a ¾ inch top). The Kettler Tables we have for sale are the European version of the Kettler Magnum. They were named “Master” rather than “Magnum” for sale in the European market. Although the web site description states a 1-inch top, we measured the tops at 7/8 of an inch (I think they rounded up). Anyone can inspect the Kettler tables and we have two tables for sale as follows:
- Table #1 – Good condition, but a small narrow chip on one of the white end lines; chip is about an inch long and not deep – Price $420.00
- Table #2 – Good condition, but some very minor surface damage close to the center of the table (on one half of the table only). – Price $390.00
Kettler Table prices include the nets. The Kettler tables were used for a one year time period and then went to storage (climate controlled).
HI-QUA TABLES
The Hi-Qua tables are the newest tables that we have available for sale. They were only used a matter of months in the Club, not the full year, prior to going into climate-controlled storage at my place of business. The Hi-Qua tables are designed very well, have 1-inch tops, and take up an amazingly small amount of space when folded up for storage (each half folds separately on wheels, and then the halves placed side by side). There is a Hi-qua website, and I think they may still have the tables pictured there. We are asking $550 each for the Hi-Qua tables, including net set.
GENERAL COMMENTS ON TABLE SALES
Regarding the sale of these tables:
- Delivery is not included, but we can help you load them into a truck.
- All the tables have wheels and fold up for storage.
- Note that the Stiga tables do not include a net, but the other tables do.
